Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on care packages due to change of mind.
We hate to think that our packages will arrive in any less than perfect condition, but if an item in your care package has been damaged in transit, please take a photo of the damage and email it to email@example.com. We will gladly ensure a replacement item is sent right away.
We will accept returns on our A5 Prints if they're not quite what you had in mind. Simply package it back up in its protective cello sleeve and rigid mailer to prevent damage and email us so that we can provide you with the return address. Please note we do not refund the cost of the original shipping nor cover the return shipping. We require the item to be sent back to us with tracking.
If delivery is attempted on a package and then not collected by the recipient and returned to sender, we will gladly resend the package but cannot cover the cost of shipping it a second time.
